The Voodoo Music Fest will launch its 3-day weekend run of festivities tomorrow. The festival in its 11th year of production has grown to quite a considerable size and plays host to some of the biggest national touring acts in music. Local acts that should not be missed include: MyNameIsJohnMichael, Kermit Ruffins, Christoph Andersson, Soul Rebels Brass Band and many more. Voodoo, which always takes place the weekend of Halloween at City Park in New Orleans, is a great venue for partygoers from New Orleans and abroad. The city generally sees a large influx of people on the weekend of Voodoo which will likely be especially large this year given that the Saints will be playing at home on Sunday night and a variety of other events will be taking place around the city. New Orleans is a great place to cut loose and have a good time but we all know that sometimes things can get out of hand and people can end up in bad situations. If you are out partying this weekend be sure to use caution and avoid drinking and driving. If for some reason you or someone you know are arrested over the weekend, Bloom Legal is here to help get you out jail and get your life back in order.
