She was detained by the loss prevention security officers at Target after being caught with nearly $600 in goods that were not paid for. She was booked in the LAPD jail and given a bond of $5,000. Richards is no stranger to trouble with the law. Just 4 months ago, she was arrested after causing a disturbance at the Polo Lounge and refused to leave. She assaulted an officer as she was forcibly removed from the premises. Richards has long battled alcohol and substance abuse, which have been chronicled by the reality show.
